Assisted the fundraising team with various activities, including graphic and web design, updating communication tools for the agency, providing social media support, researching grant and funding opportunities, helping with agency and volunteer events, and completing administrative tasks related to fundraising, volunteers, and community engagement.
Additional responsibilities included copywriting and creating regular Instagram and Facebook Stories and posts to enhance our online presence.
Parents Connect Resource Portal
Created interactive mock-ups for RoS’ new Resource Portal: Parents Connect. A new colour scheme, interface, and photograph sets were needed to ensure a better response in the next testing session. Also created the primary flyer and first draft of the Parents Connect brochure.
Redesigned and assembled the 2021-2022 Annual Report. This involved a completed revamp of the report’s presentation, including its colour scheme, decorative accents, and structure. Also assisted with the printing process and ensured that the document was ready for printing.
